1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union (EU). We do not ship orders outside the EU.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the price of your order:
• 0-100€: €6.95
• over 100€ : Free
The total shipping cost will be displayed in your order summary before checkout.
3. Order Processing and Delivery Time
• Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the confirmation of payment.
• Delivery Time:
Deliveries within the EU typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
4. Tracking Your Shipment
All shipments are registered and trackable. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
5. Returns and Damaged Items
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Send photos of the damage and the packaging to: contact@kappersenco.eu.
• For lost shipments, please reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation.
Important:

If the return concerns a pallet shipment, the return must be arranged exclusively through our logistics service. In such cases, a delivery fee of €100 and a return fee of €100 will be charged.

These return conditions apply only to consumers. Business customers are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
