Delivery Policy

DELIVERY

 

Orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, the order will be dispatched on Tuesday. We accept no responsibility for late, missed, or undelivered orders, as these are carried out by a courier company.

 

Important: Next-day delivery service is not applicable during festive weekends or the Christmas and New Year period. During these times, we will process your order on the next working day, but delays may occur due to high order volumes.

 

We deliver the goods to the delivery address you provide when placing your order. Deliveries are made to the address and not specifically to the person named in the delivery address. We aim to dispatch all “in stock” items within 24 hours of receiving your order, except for items paid on account.

 

If an item is unavailable from our suppliers, your order may be delayed. Some items may not be in stock, and availability is approximate. We cannot provide specific dates for when suppliers might restock items. Same-day dispatch applies only to orders placed before 3:00 PM, provided all items are in stock in our warehouse.

 

Once we have accepted your order, we strive to deliver within the applicable delivery timeframe for your selected option. If we fail to meet the delivery timeframe and you have provided the correct delivery address, you can request a refund of the shipping costs (this does not apply to free shipping).

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (over 95% of orders are dispatched within this timeframe), but stock availability may affect this.

Material and equipment orders are usually delivered within 1 week, but some items may take 2–4 weeks.

You will be informed of the estimated delivery time shortly after placing your order.

 

We use a courier service for all orders shipped to mainland Netherlands addresses. For deliveries to other countries, please allow an extra day.

 

Important: Deliveries are not made during weekends or public holidays. These days are not considered working days.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Orders up to 25 kg with a value of €100.00 or more: Free Shipping.

Orders below €100.00 incur a shipping fee of €6.95.

Orders over 25 kg with a value of €1000.00 or more: Free Shipping.

Orders below €1000.00 will have shipping costs calculated in the shopping cart.

 

TRACK & TRACE

 

Track & Trace allows you to monitor your package’s journey. Once your package has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. By clicking the link, you will be redirected to the courier’s website to view the current status of your shipment.

 

The provided delivery date is indicative, and we are not responsible for delays. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us, and we will gladly assist you.

 

Small packages up to 25 kg will be delivered to the specified address, including upper floors.

 

PALLET DELIVERIES

 

Large shipments (e.g., treatment chairs, wash units, styling chairs, manicure tables) are delivered on a pallet. You can choose from the following options:

 

Standard Pallet Delivery (DACHSER)

Delivery within 3–5 working days.

The courier delivers to the front door but does not assist with carrying items inside, unpacking, or assembling. These responsibilities remain with the customer.

 

VISIBLE DAMAGE (EXTERNAL)

 

When receiving goods, inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage before confirming acceptance. Any visible damage must be noted immediately upon delivery on the courier’s document (delivery note, CMR, etc.). Include the type of damage (e.g., wet packaging, cracks) and the number of damaged packages. Ensure the document is signed by the courier.

 

HIDDEN DAMAGE (INTERNAL)

 

If there is no visible damage upon delivery, you must inspect the goods within 48 hours to report any hidden damage. Damaged items and their packaging must remain unaltered until inspected by an authorized inspector.

 

DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS

 

To keep you informed, we share your email address and phone number with our courier. You will receive email or text updates about your delivery status, including an estimated one-hour delivery window. If needed, you can reschedule delivery for 1–3 working days.

 

DELIVERY TO EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS

 

The prices displayed at checkout apply to the mainland of the selected delivery country. In some cases, additional charges may apply for large or heavy items. You will be notified before your order is shipped.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

 

Items marked as “Special Order” are not immediately available and are ordered directly from the manufacturer or supplier. These items may delay the rest of your order. Delivery times for special orders are usually 2–5 working days, but certain items, such as salon furniture, may take 2–6 weeks to arrive.

 

RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

 

We cannot ship aerosols, flammable, or hazardous materials to overseas destinations. Such products cannot be ordered for delivery outside the Netherlands.

 

COLLECTION

 

You can collect your order from our location in Leerdam. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a pickup appointment.

 

Note: Shipping costs are charged according to standard rates.

 

RETURNS

 

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

 

You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. However, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all accessories.

 

Exceptions: Opened consumables (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, gels) cannot be returned.
